This restaurant is incredible omg!! I pass by here all the time and i told my fiance enough is enough, it’s always busy and looks popular we HAVE to stop. We did and my oh my we we blown away by the friendly service, great atmosphere, and even better food! They have corn hole and other out door stuff or seating inside, they have great take out if you want a chicken dinner or something to go. This restaurant is absolutely incredible and by far one of my new favorites in town. Highly recommend!

I'm excited to rate this place! Fried chicken has never tasted so incredible. Their unique flavor, delicious seasoning, and hot sauce made every bite unforgettable. Each side dish I tried – mashed Yukon potatoes, drop biscuits, coleslaw, and crinkle fries – exceeded my expectations. Every flavor was exceptional and offered something new. I'm thoroughly impressed and can't wait to return, hopefully with some friends in tow!

The food, drinks, price, and service were a 10/10! The loaded fries were TRULY loaded and at such a great price. The jerk sandwich and smash burger were both delicious and the perfect amount of food. The slushies were so fun and didn’t taste skimpy on the alcohol. Even though the restaurant was pretty empty, we had multiple people come up and ask us how our meal was and if we needed anything. The servers were kind and attentive! I would definitely come again and recommend to a friend

Laid back vibes and good food. I found it interesting that the sandwiches had tenders in them rather than a filet but still very good. Also get the banana pudding, it’s worth it!

I have been to Hancock a few times now. I would typically grab something to-go after a sunday yoga session across the street. The staff have been friendly and accomodating. I enjoyed the chicken sandwich and the sweet sauce is pretty good as well. I would recommend checking out Hancock if you are looking for good friend chicken on the east side of GR.

Most delicious cornbread ever! We sat outside on a beautiful night. We had the cornbread-so good - and the Brussels sprouts salad with sweet chicken. Loved the lime salad dressing and chicken was yummy. Friendly hostess. Only downside was we had to pay for pricey parking because we couldn’t find street parking.

Love the Hot Fried Chicken! The pickles and BBQ Baked Beans are awesome too! I always have good, friendly service. I have been coming here since the day they opened and have not had one negative experience. Every menu I've tried has been delicious. If you love fried chicken done right, with or without the spicy heat, I highly recommend giving Hancock a try!
